Field Service Engineer (Customer Egineer) on site

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer (Customer Engineer) to serve as the direct liaison with customers, collaborating closely to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment. The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with basic technical issue diagnosis and resolution.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma + biennium post-diploma (Mechatronic) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certifications.
• Experience or strong tendency to problem-solving and good manual skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Experience in basic technical issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Knowledge of basic mechanics in one or more of the following areas: pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum systems, thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with manual tools and measurement instruments (e.g. digital multimeter).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Valid driving license; willingness to obtain a passport if required.
• Ability to work in accordance with safety requirements and environmental guidelines of the site.
