Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions. We are seeking a Summer Market Analyst Intern to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. The position will involve analyzing revenue, market and share data, supporting market share and market sizing data and dashboard infrastructure creation, and data automation with latest IT system and tools.
Requirements
- Student must be pursuing a Master’s degree program in Business Analytics, or a related field
- Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle large amount of data and combine information from different sources
- Data management, data analytics experience preferred
- Strong mathematical and excel modelling skills, Excel VBA is a must
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Proactive, passionate, curious individual with strong desire to learn and grow
- Tableau knowledge and data automation is a plus
- Semiconductor knowledge is a plus
