Job Description
ABcom is seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator to support project managers throughout the entire construction project lifecycle. The role involves working with project managers on contracts, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and preparing documents. The focus is on ensuring successful project implementation and addressing all project facets.
Requirements
- Work with project managers on construction contracts and specifications.
- Coordinate materials availability and pricing with vendors.
- Develop project budgets and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and maintain cost budgets.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents.
- Visit job sites to observe construction processes.
- Provide status updates to customers.
- Prepare work orders and follow through with close-out deliverables.
- Monitor work orders and prepare for billing.
