Job Description
As a Technical Solutions Engineer Intern, you will assist customers with integrating and optimizing our products, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert guidance. You will also create and update technical documentation and communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn.
- Able to utilize generative AI tools effectively.
