Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or growth analysis within a SaaS or B2B tech environment
• Proven expertise in building and interpreting multi-channel marketing performance dashboards
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and funnel analysis
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with lead management, campaign tracking, and CRM data structures
• Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into simple business narratives with strong storytelling capability
