We are looking for a principal/ principal software AI developer to join the team at the heart of our Devs.AI initiative. This key role acts as an individual contributor (CI), offering great autonomy within a “startup in a startup” environment and focusing on resolving the most complex technical problems related to the development of business applications based on AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development
• Complete expertise (full stack development)
• Solid experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Mastery of backend data technologies such as MySQL and Redis
• Practical experience in developing production-level AI applications (applied AI)
• Expertise in designing and implementing RAG pipelines
• Experience with LLM tool integrations and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Architectural leadership: In-depth expertise in designing complex systems, software architecture, and API development
• Operational excellence: Proven ability to work efficiently and autonomously in a dynamic, high-production environment, collaborating closely with various senior-level teams
