The Head of Revenue Operations will be responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and calm to the entire revenue engine, from demand quality and first enquiry, through to booking, delivery handoffs, and long-term account expansion. This includes stewarding and continuously improving the end-to-end revenue operating model, refining core revenue processes, and ensuring everyone is working from the same definitions of leads, opportunities, and commercial metrics.
