Job Description
The Process Associate, GBS Finance Operations, Accounts Receivable role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely check/wire transfer application and settling disputes, focusing on unapplied cash resolution. This involves monitoring unapplied cash reports, escalating issues, ensuring timely payment processing, and providing communication to relevant stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with the customer and collection teams.
Requirements
- Timely check/wire transfer application completion
- Follow-up with customer for payment details
- Escalation of unresolved issues to manager
- Monitoring of Unapplied Cash reports
- Resolve related issues with AR collectors and ACS123 biller
- Ensuring timely payment processing
- Maintenance of up-to-date information and documentation
