Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to support our SVP of Finance and Business Leaders across all areas of the finance function, with a focus on leading key initiatives and statutory requirements. The role is ideal for someone with extensive experience as an Accountant in practice who is now ready to step into a broader role, taking on greater responsibility and overseeing multiple finance functions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
• 3-5 years of experience at a top 10 UK accounting firm
• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
• Ability to simplify complex information and build trust with stakeholders
• Highly organized and efficient with strong problem-solving skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and add value across the business
