Business Analyst - Data & Reporting

APEXX is a dynamic Fintech scale-up founded in 2016 with the goal of creating cutting-edge payment technology. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst - Data & Reporting to help shape the future of our data and reporting capabilities at APEXX.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within payments, fintech, or another data-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of data management, integration, and warehousing principles.
• Confident in translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Skilled in SQL and comfortable working directly with data for validation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and commercial teams.
• A product mindset, with experience contributing to the design and rollout of scalable data or reporting capabilities.
• Organised, methodical, and proactive — able to manage multiple priorities and drive work through to completion.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to shape how data informs decision-making and customer value.
