Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics or another similar discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in new product development and project leadership
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in culturally diverse teams
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI) is an advantage
