• Develop and maintain a multi-horizon product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs
• Conduct continuous user and market research on hybrid work trends and competitive solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated experiences
• Select, implement, and manage vendors/partners
