Job Description
Apera AI is seeking a Field Application Engineer to lead customer deployments of their AI-driven robotic vision systems across North America. This hands-on role involves installing, commissioning, training, and troubleshooting robotic systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations in factories. The engineer will drive impact through effective customer communication and collaboration with the team.
Requirements
- Install, configure, and commission Apera’s AI-driven robotic vision systems.
- Conduct site audits to ensure readiness and compatibility.
- Train customer teams on operation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Respond to field issues and minimize downtime.
- Track system performance and optimize with AI diagnostics.
- Gather feedback from deployments and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
