Requirements
- Design, development, and quality of the software solutions changes
- Administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and related applications
- System integrations and process automations using workflow and orchestration capabilities
- Development of automation solutions supporting Certificate Life Cycle Management requirements
- Incident and Problem Management, and resolving recurring issues to drive continuous improvement
