Proprietary Lending Area Manager - South East QLD

We are seeking a Lending Area Manager to lead a team of specialist lenders and shape the direction and growth of the lending business. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and leading the sales and performance of a successful specialist lending team, as well as managing customer experience, risk, and governance of the lending team.
