Speed Identity is a Swedish technology company that enables trusted identities through innovative biometric enrollment and data capture solutions. The Software Development Manager will lead the software development team that builds the backbone of these biometric solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 2–3 years in a leadership or people management role
• Strong engineering background: architecture, distributed systems, C#/.NET, hardware/software integration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building and growing teams; mentoring, feedback, performance management
