Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a founding leader to drive the adoption of frontier AI solutions within Japan. The role involves building and leading a Japan Applied AI team to implement Anthropic's products (Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API) with enterprise partners. The manager will focus on building a strong technical team and providing effective sales strategies, demonstrating AI systems to technical audiences, and contributing to thought leadership.
Requirements
- Build and manage a team in Tokyo (Solutions Architects and Product Engineers)
