Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a seasoned Field Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of integrated field marketing programs for their enterprise industries and sales teams. The role involves driving pipeline growth, accelerating deals, and deepening customer engagement through events, programs, and sales enablement activities. This role requires 10-15 years of experience and a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and multiple territories.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of enterprise B2B field marketing experience
- Experience managing field marketing efforts across multiple U.S. geographic regions simultaneously
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, and field marketing best practices
- Experience running executive field programs
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
