Accounts Payable and Receivable Administrator

This role will provide essential support to the firm across accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections, while maintaining strong, professional relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and suppliers. You’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, client receipts and disbursements.

Requirements

• Proven experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
