Job Description
We are recruiting for Ultrasound Technologists to support the Baltimore VA Medical Center. The technologists shall have in-depth knowledge of ultrasound scanning and optimizing examination potential. They shall collect and communicate clinical information to the Radiologist, explain exams to patients, and work closely with other department technologists.
Requirements
- Registered or registry eligible in Sonography by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in the specialized modality in a Level 1 hospital setting
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
