Personal Lines Team Leader

The Personal Lines Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operations of the personal lines service team within the Eau Claire region. This role ensures that team members deliver exceptional client service, adhere to company policies and procedures, and meet performance goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with strong knowledge of coverages, carriers, and processes.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading a team preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
