Tax Solutions Manager

The role focuses on serving as the technical tax authority for the sales and activation teams, building customer trust, and supporting a robust sales & activation team.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary tax subject matter expert in customer-facing communications during enterprise sales cycles.
• Build credibility and trust with customer tax teams by demonstrating comprehensive understanding of their compliance challenges.
• Support sales & activation teams by preparing responses to customer inquiries and implementation approaches.
• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to develop tax-centric value propositions for enterprise opportunities.
• Train sales and activation teams on tax concepts and regulatory updates.
• Stay current on legislative changes regarding state economic nexus and international developments.
• Enjoy engaging with customers and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Enjoy working out of our San Francisco office
