Job Description

They are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to build programs, processes, and training that empower sales teams to drive rapid growth. This role involves shaping the sales organization from startup to market leader.
Requirements
- Build comprehensive enablement programs including onboarding, ongoing training, and certification processes.
- Drive measurable improvements in sales team performance metrics.
- Partner with product marketing to create and maintain sales collateral.
- Execute sales team kick-offs and other sales team events.
- Maintain a sales enablement content library.
- Establish performance benchmarks and create dashboards.
- Conduct detailed quarterly closed-lost analysis.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps.
- Partner with product and technical teams to translate features into compelling narratives.
