Outside Loan Originator responsible for selling mortgage loans to customers away from AnnieMac Home Mortgages places of business, generating new business by building and maintaining relationships with realtors, real estate agents, and other professionals.

Requirements

• State license or certificate
• Knowledge of mortgage insurance companies and underwriting requirements
• Credit underwriting and property eligibility knowledge for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs, and private investors
• Excellent communication skills and financial analysis ability
• Sales-oriented self-starter
