External Mortgage Loan Originator

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire Full Time External Mortgage Loan Originators to establish referral source relationships and generate new business through sales and relationships with realtors, agents, and other professionals.

Requirements

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry
• State license or certificate
• Knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies
• Knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements
• Familiarity with local, state and national laws
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills
