Business Development Manager responsible for recruiting Mortgage Loan Originators and branch offices, requires mortgage industry experience and strong sales and marketing skills.
Requirements
- Establish contact with potential candidates in target markets
- Build relationships with industry professionals to attract candidates
- Attract candidates through daily activity of calls, emails, data base development, CRM campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and other methods
- Determines and understands candidate or branch qualifications
- Directs and arranges next steps for candidate on-boarding
