Job Description
Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsible for providing high-quality resident care, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and healthy environment. Assist with daily living tasks, deliver IDD programming, and report concerns to supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED certification
- At least one year of verifiable experience as a home health aide, caregiver, nursing assistant or other care professional
- Effective problem-solving, reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data
