Director, Product - Customer facing team

At Angi, we're looking for a highly passionate and experienced product leader to manage and lead a team of product managers for customer-facing teams in our marketplace. The ideal candidate combines marketplace experience with a consultative mindset and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in product management for customer-facing products
• 10+ years of experience in product management
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing IC Product Managers across multiple teams
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces, ideally B2B2C, with a deep understanding of supply, demand, and liquidity dynamics
• Proven track record of delivering customer value that drives revenue
• Attention to detail and the ability to operate at multiple altitudes - from strategy to hands-on execution when needed
• Experience working in an agile development environment within a distributed, hybrid organisation
• Hands-on experience applying AI technologies in product discovery, customer experience, or internal tooling - and a strong habit of staying current with AI developments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical and organisational challenges
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to translate complex metrics and dynamics into clear, compelling narratives for executives and teams
• Strong interpersonal skills in English, written and oral, enabling effective collaboration in an asynchronous setup
