Operations Lead

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. They are seeking an Operations Lead to manage operations within a business line or central function, focused on problem-solving, redesigning processes, and leading strategic projects. The role involves close collaboration with C-suite executives, cross-functional teams, and requires a blend of analytical thinking, data manipulation, and operational execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of working experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a consulting, operations, finance, or product/program management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and executive engagement.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to solve operational problems.
• Self-driven and relentlessly proactive.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• US Salary Range ($166,000-$220,000 USD)
