Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities. They are seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Operations to lead a team of technicians in the production and delivery of hardware for strategic military and commercial customers. This is a dynamic role requiring both technical leadership and people management skills in a highly competitive environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in production-oriented or electro-mechanical technician fields.
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or production operations lead/manager role in a high volume production environment.
- Experience working with ERP and MES systems.
- Understanding of product life cycle, LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
