Requirements
- Proven development and growth leader with experience building business capture strategies in commercial and defense maritime industries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of defense acquisitions with a focus on maritime industries.
- Experience with autonomous systems, surface platforms, and related capabilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (US/UK/IE).
