Director, Business Development, Army Air Defense

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology and an AI-powered OS, known as Lattice OS. The Air Defense team develops next-generation sensors, effectors, and platforms for air and missile defense, aiming to close the kill chain against modern UAS threats. This role involves strategy development, business growth, and collaboration with stakeholders across multiple functions within the DoD.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant operations, acquisition, program management, business development, and/or capture experience in the government and/or private sector, with a focus on air defense or related area.
• High ownership and initiative with experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Program Executive Offices, Major Defense Acquisition Programs, and Prime contractors.
• Demonstrated success leading acquisition and managing U.S. Army and DoD programs.
• Active Secret security clearance (US Top Secret preferred).
