Client Executive & Strategic Program Manager

Anderson MacGyver is a management consulting firm advising executives on digital strategies, organizational building, and technology solutions. This role, Client Executive & Strategic Program Manager, is pivotal in building long-term client partnerships, acting as a strategic advisor to C-level executives, managing large-scale digital transformation programs, and contributing to commercial growth. The role involves connecting delivery, sales, and leadership internally, while also dedicating Fridays to internal development and contributing to evolving the company's methods and services.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in consultancy, digital strategy, or IT program management
• Proven ability to lead and deliver strategic IT and transformation programs
• Strong commercial track record in building and expanding client relationships
• Extensive C-level network and domain expertise in one or more of our focus industries
• Able to act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders
• Skilled in managing multiple complex projects in parallel (steering committee) and guiding large scale projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills; connects content with relationship
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Entrepreneurial, strategic, collaborative, and execution-driven
