Job Description
The Project Coordinator will support multiple team members and provide contract and financial management support from the beginning to the end of construction projects while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- Five years' administrative experience with knowledge of the construction industry
- Billing and accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF systems and Sage Construction
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with others with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
