AND Digital is a tech company that helps organizations build better digital products and stronger digital teams. They are seeking a Client Services Director to build strong relationships between the Club and its clients, drive growth, and lead client negotiations.

Requirements

• Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to increase AND's impact and strategically understand the client
• Growing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities
• Managing a commercially successful portfolio and leading client negotiations
• Coaching the service team and sharing best practice in the wider service community
