Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure. The company is looking for a Member of Technical Staff, Token Vesting (Fullstack Engineer) to own features end-to-end, from shaping an idea to shipping and iterating in production.

Requirements

• Have real world experience building complex distributed systems and web applications from scratch
• Proficiency with Svelte/SvelteKit or similar JavaScript frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with incomplete or rapidly evolving requirements
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ownership mentality - you care about the quality and success of what you build
• Genuinely care about code quality, test infrastructure, and end-user experience
