The Member of Legal, Vendor Counsel will have the ability to influence the future of digital assets and build best-in-class legal, compliance, and regulatory pillars for the broader industry.

Requirements

• Apply legal and digital asset expertise to provide negotiation support for vendor contracts, experience and emerging trends to provide insights, guidance and leadership to shape strategy and tackle critical issues internally and externally.
• Drive technical quality and output of the Legal department and advise on how to improve execution of vendor agreements.
• Has a complete conceptual knowledge and full understanding in contractual negotiations, with a focus on vendor and partnership agreements, privacy, date and trademarks, and a working knowledge of related areas.
