Job Description

The Member of Client Operations, Collateral Management Services role involves daily execution of collateral monitoring, margin management, client interaction, and handling liquidation processes for secured transactions. The position acts as a vital link between technology, clients, and risk management, ensuring accurate and risk-mitigated operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial markets operations
- Strong preference for collateral management or related roles
- Deep understanding of risk management principles
- Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with operational platforms and internal tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the digital asset ecosystem
