Job Description
U.S. startup talent and staffing firm is seeking a full-time Strategic Finance Lead to build and operate their Finance & Reporting function. The role involves owning everything from invoicing to reporting, working directly with the CEO and operations team, and shaping the function with autonomy. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of critical financial operations and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance (ideally in a leadership role)
- 3+ years working with U.S. clients or startups
- Bookkeeping experience or certification
- Familiarity with accounting and billing softwares (i.e. Puzzle, Quickbooks, or Stripe)
- Experience building SOPs, creating reports, and FP&A (forecasting)
- Near-perfect written English skills (C2)
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and drive workstreams
- Systems-builder mindset
- High attention to detail and low ego
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bonus if from ADMU, DLSU, UP, or UST)
