The Pro Lead Artist is responsible for driving sales and target KPIs through securing sales & artistry centric training activities with stores and retailer HQ, developing field team members and retailers’ staff, and achieving sales objectives for assigned region.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, English – business level
- Knowledge of any other language is a plus
- +5 years of cosmetic retail experience, preferably in training and education roles, with a focus on driving sales
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with managerial roles, both internally and externally
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop others through feedback and hands on engagement
- Driven to achieve results, self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis
- Track record of developing teams both in person and through virtual training
- Must be open to feedback and have a solution-oriented approach
- Memorable, positive, and professional presence
- Proficient in filming and editing EDU videos
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive
