Job Description
Join a growing, dynamic, and innovative team as a Patent Docketing Specialist, responsible for all aspects of patent docketing for US and Non-US jurisdictions. The role involves managing deadlines, uploading documents, and ensuring correct bibliographic information is updated. The team uses Anaqua/Pattsy Wave platform and prioritizes collaboration and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in the related role
- Knowledge of filing and prosecution practices in the USPTO, PCT, EP, JP, CN and other major jurisdictions
- Prior experience of working on Anaqua/Pattsy Wave platform
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to perform role smoothly without missing deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
