TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategy Manager

Reach Social is seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategy Manager to develop creator strategies and manage affiliate programs for its agency accounts. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, fast learning, and comfortable partnering with senior ecommerce client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in organic content creation, social media marketing, and/or affiliate marketing
• 1 year experience in TikTok Shop
• Exceptional communication skills
• Deeply passionate about being a creator and building a creator community
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Existing knowledge of the TikTok platform and consumer behaviors on the platform
• Willingness to learn fast
