Principal Consultant

Oxalis is seeking a motivated Principal Consultant to provide innovative, comprehensive solutions to companies in crop science and agriculture. This senior consulting role focuses on driving high-value engagements, delivering expert guidance, and contributing to firm growth. The role requires analyzing processes, leading teams, and contributing to solution lifecycle. Candidates should have a background in crop science, life sciences, or agriculture, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in crop science, life sciences, or agriculture.
• Ability to manipulate and transform data with scripting tools or in business tools.
• Several years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, or enterprise IT solutions.
• Strong track record of leading and mentoring consultants.
• Led and delivered data transformation projects and initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in executive stakeholder management.
• Experience in solution selling, account growth, and revenue generation.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in business development and/or practice growth
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Ability to travel between customer locations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with a computer science background preferred
