Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will be an essential partner to three key leaders in our Technology division, enabling the success of our creative and innovative teams. You will directly support the Directors of Customer Engagement and Digital Marketing Technology, Digital Product and Experience Design, and Product Management ABO Success, acting as a central hub for coordination, planning, and communication.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager experience
- Experience should consist of directly supporting one or more leaders with calendaring, travel, and expenses
