Job Description
The CA Workers’ Compensation Staff Counsel role involves managing a case load, preparing legal documents, and communicating with parties and the court. The role requires independent legal research, legal strategy development, and effective communication with clients and claims professionals. This is a regular full-time position within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Requirements
- State licensed attorney in California
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation statutes
- 1+ years of workers’ compensation litigation experience
