The Payroll Administrator performs activities necessary to support the bi-weekly payroll processing for the domestic group of employees, including checking and auditing timekeeping records, validating new hire data, and providing customer service.
Requirements
- Associates Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably through the American Payroll Association
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong professional ethics to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information of applicants, employees, former employees, and other matters affecting employee relations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate files/records
- Detail orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver within tight deadlines
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist colleagues with other payroll duties as necessary
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as necessary to support business operations.
