Job Description
Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) is seeking a highly motivated Structural Technical Intern for a summer internship period from June to August 2026. The intern will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders, supporting regulatory reviews, cost estimates, research, procurement, and report preparation. This internship can transition into a full-time Junior Engineer role upon graduation. The company focuses on teamwork, integrity, and innovation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pursuing Bachelor or Associates Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid technical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn
