The Sr. Compensation Analyst will analyze and administer employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs. The role will ensure that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy and will conduct proactive competitive analysis and recommend program updates as necessary.
Requirements
