- Advanced GD&T knowledge and its application
- Strong understanding of AIAG Core Tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Organized and efficient with extensive multi-tasking and project management abilities
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high volume production environment
