Requirements
- Work closely with all plant personnel to build and maintain a safety incident-free environment.
- Act according to the Amsted Automotive Group Ideal Behaviors.
- Enhance the preventive maintenance program for the company's critical production assets.
- Maintain appropriate records regarding equipment, servicing, and safety.
- Ensure that the maintenance department is staffed with competent personnel.
- Prepare and present monthly metrics and provides corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure safe working procedures and proper 5S practices are adhered to at all times.
- Prepare schedules for all maintenance and select engineering projects.
- Maintain/revise required OSHA Safety Plans.
